Comprehensive service! We administrate your company’s telephone subscriptions when needed and the services for you. We take care of opening and closing subscriptions and the transfers according to your instructions.
SIM-logistics service works as follows:
When ordering a subscription, the customer gives adequate information on the operator, the number of the subscription, the sim- serial number, user information and the needed supplementary services.
The deliverer inserts the information of the subscription to the system of the operator for opening the subscription. The customer delivers a mandate for the deliverer to sign the subscription contract. The customer makes the delivery via MobileServant eManagement. The menus are created ready for the customer in the system; from the menu one can choose the operator in use and the services connected to the SIM card (data packages, SMS services etc.). These determinations are made together with the customer at the commissioning of the service. We execute the service in a way that the ordering system remains always the same, despite the operator. We use the systems of other operators as a background, according to the customer’s needs.
