We offer a spare- and exchange service for telephone devices bought from us.
As part of the service we maintain a spare device reserve, which is an agreed percentage of the size of your company’s equipment stock. The spare device service ensures the work effectiveness also in cases whereby a telephone has broken.
Once we receive a call for maintenance and repair, we send a spare part for the owner of the phone. The part will include pre-installed services as in the user’s previous phone. We deliver a maintenance covering form and a maintenance bag where the original device is sent to maintenance and repair.
Once the user gets the original phone from the maintenance and repair all that is left to him/her is to return the spare device in another messenger bag that has been delivered to the prefilled address.
